Concludes the excavation of the high speed tunnel Sants-La Sagrera |  7/29/2011

According to information published in "Via Libre, The Railway Magazine" (attached), the Barcino TBM - tunnel boring machine (for the construction of high velocity train line of Barcelona) has reached the extraction shaft, between streets Provença and Entença in Barcelona, after covering nearly 5.1 kilometers.

In August 2009 ASTA LOGISTIK coordinated the transport of this tunnel boring machine from origin in the Netherlands to the port of Barcelona and its subsequent transportation and delivery to site in La Sagrera station
