The Spanish port traffic grew by 5,7% |  9/19/2011

According to the article of the digital newspaper "Empresa Exterior" (attached), in Spain the port traffic exceeds 180 million tons and growing by 5.7% through May. Imports and exports in containers, with 1.9 million TEUs, have increased by about 12%

According to data from Puertos del Estado in Spain the port traffic continues to rise, and are already nineteen months of uninterrupted growth. The 180 million tons moved during the first five months of 2011 for the 28 port authorities, have led to an increase of 5.7% over the same period last year.
