ALG obtains CDI-mpc /SQAS Attestation

A.S.T.A. LOGISTIK, S. L. have obtained the Attestation CDI-mpc / SQAS No. 600037 on January 5th, 2011 which provides IMPCAS (International Marine Packed Cargo Audit Scheme). ASTA LOGISTIK is the first Spanish forwarding company to obtain this attestation into the maritime field.

ASTA LOGISTIK dedicates a substantial part of its activity to the chemical area, so has decided to adopt the CDI-mpc methodology for managing shipments of its chemical customers.

The CDI (The Chemical Distribution Institute) has developed the mpc (Marine Packed Cargo) as a system for managing the transport operations of chemical products.

The adoption of the protocols and systems of CDI-mpc / SQAS demonstrates the commitment of ASTA LOGISTIK with the responsible care of the management operations, helping to develop transport systems more efficient, intelligent and consistent with the policies of sustainability and environmental care of the CEE.
